Weight Update

So having been sick for the past two weeks i thought my weight must surely have crashed.  I stopped by the gym today just to check my weight.  I’m still to ill to work out.  I came in at a whopping 87.5 kg exactly. Thats 192.5 pounds.  I honestly can’t remember weighing so little in my life.  I remember that I was 140 when I was 14, but from then my weight jsut never stopped going up.  So I reckon I weighed this at sometime in high school but I have no idea when.  I still really wanna hit that 80kg target.  When I hit that weight, no matter what I will be so proud.  I dont really know if it’s possible, but I’m just gonna keep believing!!!

Anyways it’s really good to set goals.  Even if they take a long time.  I have been trying to press my weight down for over 6 months now.  And there have been ups and downs.  The important thing is to win the war.  Even if you lose a few battles along the way.  I am determined to see my abs before I die!!!

    I have that same goal! I have to see my abs before I die…. I’m so much bigger than I used to be but its so hard to shift that last little shitty wobbly bit……. KEEP AT IT MAN and so will I… abs till I die. haha… and don’t worry, you’ll put the weight you lost back on in no time.
