I just hit the gym today and I finally asked the guy to use the fat% machine.  Unfortunately, I can't find my fat% from last year with London_hunk.  Then I could compare.  But I have a good understanding of where I am.  I am getting and feeling a lot stronger.  This weekend several people made comments that they could see the difference.  That was really cool.  I wasn't super strict with my diet this weekend, but I did a TON of daywalking.  So my current weight is 90.45kg and my current bodyfat % is 22.3%.  That means that I am 20.3kg of fat.  My target is to get down to 80kg in 8 more weeks.  Today is day 30 after all of my 96day program.  After that I am going to hit p90x after the Art of Charm boys told me about it.  I now have the healthy lifestyle.  I love working out and my NLP triggers are really helping.
