Moving from London to Nashville was more than just a little bit of a culture shock.  Dating in Nashville is really strange for many reasons.  In Nashville there is a major religious structure in place which dominates a lot of how women view dating and their own sexuality. 

Girls that grow up in Nashville are either extremely conservative or extremely forward.  There is very little in the middle.  Many of the women here simply don't know how to act around men.  They think that the answers to all of their problems lie in a long term relationship.  Just today I got an email from a girl on a Nashville dating site explaining why she would never go out with me.  In my profile I said that I don't want a long term relationship unless it's with a really amazing woman.  She said that she doesn't like that.  She wants a guy who ALREADY wants a long term relationship.

This means she wants a guy who just wants a long term relationship, not a guy who wants a long term relationship with HER.  This is really needy and actually made me sad.  She is going to end up with a guy who is just settling for her.  And she will just be settling for him.

There are some really good things about dating in Nashville though.  When you meet a normal girl who isn't obsessed with a long term boyfriend or getting married as fast as possible, you meet some of the nicest women in the world.  Girls here are way friendlier than in London.  It's easy to start conversations with most women.  The real challenge is that a lot of local women are really just boring.  I have met a lot of women while I have been dating in Nashville that just want to stay in Tennessee forever.  They can't imagine ever leaving the state.

I just don't find xenophobia attractive. 

But it's not just the women here, many of the men are ignorant too.  Last week a guy got in my face and accused me of being gay while I was in Cookeville.  It was clear from his body language that he wanted to fight me.  This was right after he watched me get the phone number of a very attractive bartender.  So ignorance is gender neutral around here.

As in any city, when you are doing some Nashville dating, you have to sift through a LOT of coal to find those diamonds.  There are lot of people who have moved here to pursue musical or artistic dreams.  These are the best women around.  They see beauty in the world and they know how to express themselves.  And unlike a lot of the other women in this town, they know how to be not-boring.  And really that is amazing.

The other challenge to dating in Nashville is the architecture of the city.

It seems as though Nashville was designed to make dating a challenge.  Most people only go out one night a week in Nashville.  In London people go out 3-4 times a week.  That means they meet people 200 times a year in London and barely 50 here.  And yet these same people wonder why they are alone on Sunday night.  If you want to start dating in Nashville, you have to go out more often people!

The reason people go out so rarely is that challenge of finding a good venue.  There are 3-4 good areas in the whole city for bars and clubs.  And they are a real challenge to get to.  You have to drive downtown, struggle for parking, pay for that parking and then pay just to get into a bar that might only be half full.  Then you have to drive 30 minutes home at the end of the night.  So there is always the whole designated driver issue.

I only plan on staying in this town for a short amount of time and I have enjoyed it here.  I will help as many men as I can learn the skills of dating in Nashville.  That is my main challenge.  I have met dozens of beautiful women in my time here, but it seems like the dating in this town is years behind a lot of other cities.

I have been so busy with my new fulltime job that I haven't had time to write more about Vegas.  I pretty much hit most of the highlights.  I have to say that the instructors there were pretty much a joke.  Somehow guys think that if they attend one workshop or bootcamp they can hang up a shingle and call themselves an instructor.

I think people should take this business more seriously.  There is really no oversite and I guess that is how there are so many charlatans out there.  Taking money from people when you're not qualified is not cool in my book.  I am always working my butt off when I'm with a student and I do everything I can to blow up his social life.

Most of the 'instructors' in Vegas spent their time hanging out and ignoring students.  I saw a lot of them try and steal girls from students.  That is really shocking.  Some of the guys were so shocked at the end of the week with the students' complaints. 

Students were going off on their own without instructors and getting laid.  Then instructors who did nothing all week would take credit.  I could go name by name with who sucked, but I think the big part is a total lack of direction from the leadership.  Johnny basically never came to the infield stuff and there was no plan.  So without leadership all the instructors bounced around. 

I will say that in my opinion Hypnotica, AFC Adam and Orleans were the only other guys there who should still be in this industry.  Orleans was the only instructor who actually got laid.  And his story is legendary.  He didn't really spend much time with the students.  But overall I know he kept asking Johnny what was expected.  So at least he showed them what was possible.

I really like Harlequin, but he spent the whole time going off and doing awesome things with his buddy.  After the first day students basically never saw him.  Which is a real shame because his game is really tight and he has a lot of knowledge.

Just all these instructors who were totally distracted or never around.

So I am chilling on Saturday morning and my phone starts blowing up.  gsand wants to meet near Waterloo for some day game and Tea Bag is going into central for some costume shopping.  I throw on my clothes, get wicked high and meet gsand.  It takes ages to find him.  We meet up with 7/11 after a bit too.  Walking up and down the boardwalk for two hours, no hotties.  Bad luck.

Then I cruise up to meet Tea Bag and my damn bus gets diverted.  So annoying.  We finally link up and mess around in a few shops then grab some sweet Chinese for lunch.  He tells me about a party he's going to where everyone dresses up like it's a bad wedding.  Super eighties style.  The vibe is amazing and the girls are so cool.  So I text my student and my lesbian sidekick and tell them tonight is gonna be wicked.  My lesbian can't make it as she needs to rest and ironically spends the night having "the talk" with a girl she is only mildly interested in.  Shame!

I am like thirty minutes late, but when I get there the party is awesome.  It is at least six girls for every guy.  My student is hating it for some reason, but I force him to stay and he gets laid.  But this story is about me. Ha!

The first smoking hot girl I see at the bar.  Wow.  Short.  Brunette.  Piercing green eyes.  Sexy black hat with lace.  Perfect body.  I tell him to open her and her friend.  My student hesitates and the friend just raises her arm and points right at my face.  I think there is no way anyone is that rude, she must be pointing behind me.  So I step to the side.  The finger follows me.  So I step forward and dive in.  They are two super cool girls and immediately are loving me.  I chat and chat.  There is someone throwing the bouquet so I tell the brunette to go win it.  Unfortunately, a guy in a dress gets it because he is so damn tall.

I don't see her again for a while.  So I meet a blond who looks like Clair Danes.  Everytime I tell my student to open a girl, she sees him hesitate and opens me.  This is one weird magical venue.  I was loving it!  I see that they won't take this girls card.  So I just say, they don't take card here?  She goes no, come with me to the cash point.  I had been trying to get my student in and I couldn't think of a way to get her to go with him instead of me.  So we went and chatted.  She was really sexy.  She mentions a boyfriend she lives with and asks if I'm gay in the first five minutes.  It's nice to get the bs out of the way.  She is like amazing you have to date my sister.  I walked onto the set of beauty and the beast.  I won't describe the sister, but that is enough.

Me and Clair Danes slip away and hit the dance floor for a bit.  It's nice.  I met a third girl who was standing next to me at the bar.  Don't really know what I said.  But hey I'm LondonPaladin right?  Plus I looked amazing.  Everyone was complimenting me on the new way I did my hair.  I think I will be doing it like that every time I leave the house from now on.

I'm going to be honest with you right now.  There were several smoking hot girls I didn't talk to that night.  I was simply overwhelmed.  Also, I'm the kinda guy who locks into one set for a night.  Rather than get like 6 numbers.  I was more like that a year ago when I was running traditional MM game.  Now that I'm really doing what's natural for me, I like to just focus on one girl a night.  Just my personal style.  So these other two girls were just to chat with and have fun.

Over the course of the night I kept seeing this one big dude chatting all over my initial brunette.  I didn't feel anything.  No jealousy or stress.  I saw her with him and my thought was ok, she's busy I'll chat to her later.  And whenever I would see her and her friend the pointer, I would rock up and dance.  We danced alone at several points during the night and it was just nice.  There is something about dancing with a beautiful woman that I enjoy.

So during this night I am also teaching my student about kino and escalation.  And eventually he leaves with his girl and I am damn proud.  Also I keep chatting and having a few drinks with my man Tea Bag.  He is having a blast with his girl. And also some of his other friends.

At the end of the night I'm outside chilling with the doorman who basically knew my be then because I kept coming outside with hot girls.  He was cool.  I see my beautiful girl going back inside.  She comes up to me and says to wait and she will be right back.  That's kinda cool.  She takes ages and I finish my smoke, so I go back inside to chat to my friends.  I see she is talking to the big dude again.  So I go dance with my friends in a position where I can see her.  So that when she leaves I can see her outside.  The old me woulda been praying not to see her kiss this dude.  I mean I don't know if I would have changed anything if they had.  I mean I kiss tons of girls.

So when I see her heading for the door, I beat her and we chat and chat.  I am leaning against the wall and she is close.  We are chatting and I'm trying to extract.  She has work the next day etc.  I keep pushing for it, but it's just not quite there.  We are both close, but I'm not sure.  Then TeaBag and my mates come out and surround us and just watch.  From like 1 foot away.  TeaBag just says to her that he loves watching me talk to girls.  I could have killed him, if I hadn't been doing so well.  We were connecting and I didn't react so it didn't matter.  I mean from the outside it's a pretty funny move.

I get her number and it takes like 10 minutes.  I think my phone might be on the fritz.  Anyways, we get it all sorted and go back in to dance.  At one point I drop my final escalation bomb.  And she likes it.  I try to kiss hew a few times, but all I get is cheek.  It's fine.  It's just a matter of when.  Eventually she has to leave.  I rarely get numbers, but this one felt pretty solid.

Thirty seconds after she leaves I call her and ask if it's too soon.  Hopefully, she realized how funny that is.  She said to give it a few days, so I'm gonna go old school and wait til Wednesday.  I think I am gonna shift my call style back.  These days I always text the next day.  More so I can remember which girl is which, but I think I need to start calling and waiting longer.  Either way, I had a beautiful experience with a stunning and intelligent woman. Safe.

I went to my new local spot for a 1on1 with a new student.  Now I didn’t know anything about this dude, so I didn’t know what to expect.  He was really advanced compared to most of my students and had really good inner game.  His main issue was moving things past the middle phase.  But I digress.  We worked only a few sets all night.  But stayed in them a really long time progressing.  I was on fire.  I didn’t need to micromanage my student but could instead just give him small guidance moves.  He is gonna be good really soon.  I can tell.  It’s just a matter of time on the field.  So I open a demo set of two Italian girls.  Before I know it he is working the friend.  I didn’t even notice.  Really tight winging.

Set1 – My girl was cute enough.  I chatted for a while and it was going really well.  Her friend wasn’t digging my student.  Mainly a language barrier thing.  Her English was sorely lacking.  So they go off to the toilet.  When they say this I react.  Only with body language, but it is something I need to work on right now.  I got caught up between calling her out and not caring.  The two response choices.  So they go off and I assume that my bad facial response blew the set….Later on I run into them out in the smoking section while my student is talking to a stunning girl out on her own.  They are loving me and I move it forward.  My girl even has her friend take a picture of us and starts talking about facebook.  My name is so common that that’s worthless.  I’m unfindable.  So I give her my number and then go to find my student….Hours later I am taking him to another bar and we run into the girls outside another bar.  We are going to different places and I speed escalate mine.  I shove my tongue in her mouth.  She was another teeth kisser.  Why do I keep running into girls like this?  I mean who wants their tongue bitten on the first kiss?  Sigh.  So then I shove her face at my neck and tell her to bite me.  Mistake.  Holy crap I thought the mouse bit hard.  This girl was a machine.  It hurt so bad I couldn’t make a noise to stop her.  She gives me her number and reconfirms our date for the next day.  I run off with my student.  Needless to say she flaked….I needed to take her home right then.  But my duty is to my work!

Set 2 – I catch my student in set with 3 girls and a boy.  One girl is a giant.  One is short and chubby.  And one is stunning.  Somehow my student is after the giant.  Sweet.  The dude is the short one’s boyfriend.  So I start talking to the lovely one.  She is amazing.  From milton keynes. a nurse.  works on the isle of dogs.  owns scrubs.  really nice girl.  Boom!  I isolate her to the bar and escalate.  My new kick is honesty escalation.  It has been working really well.  I might write my next article about it.  Or just save it for my ebook.  We’ll see.  I tell her what I like about her and keep pushing it forward.  She drops the bf bomb.  OH and she’s a ballerina.  She promises to be my ballet buddy, but her friends are so suspicious.  They keep asking me if I kissed her.  Of course I said no.  Good thing they didn’t ask if I’d touched her boobs or she’d touched my cock. I keep working other sets with my student.  She finds me again later and is all over me.  I get her facebook info etc, but she hasn’t added me yet.  She pinkie swore she would take me to a ballet.  But I have a feeling her friends chastised the hell out of her.

Final Girl – So on the way home with my student.  To take him to the bus stop I see a girl who used to be a bartender at my favorite bar.  She is really really beautiful.  I have never really talked to her because I use the bar as a home base.  So I don’t wanna fuck it up.  She doesn’t work there anymore.  She’s from Poland.  We talk like 2 minutes and then I have to go home.  But it was going well.  I was back later and she was gone.  Shame.  I hope to see her again and push it forward.  I mean I can see her eyes right now.  Either way I’m proud of myself for not hesitating.

I tried on a couple of pairs of trousers and then he talked me into trying on a full body catsuit with shoes built in.  It really took me outside my comfort zone and was a good experience for both of us.  The lady in the shop had to help me zip the outfit over my balls and squeeze into it, but then I looked wicked futuristic and all jacked.  I can definately see the appeal.

It was so far outside my comfort zone to squeeze myself into super tight clothes and run around with my shirt off.  I am pushing my body image forward!

Yet again I recommend pushing your boundaries.  Just go out there and find the wall.

She walks up and asks me to hide her as she doesn’t want her family to see her smoking.  We start chatting and Mystel runs off almost instantly to leave me alone with this girl.  She immediately tells me that she chose me because I have a beautiful smile and she likes my eyes.  She doesn’t care that I’m gay and she thinks it’s great.  Translation: It’s on.  I run my usual anti-gay routine and tell her that I’m feeling things for her and I’m really confused.  I just plow through.  I escalate and push forward.  She is really sexy and intelligent. 

I really focus on talking about her and I find out some things about her huge family of 2 brothers and 6 sisters.  I go direct and tell her how she makes me feel.  I push for the kiss but it doesn’t happen.  She tells me that she just wants to be friend.  I tell her that’s fine as long as she knows we’re going to sleep together.  She asks if I can take no for an answer.  I ask her if she means not yet and she says yes.

I am a patient man and this girl intrigues me.  She is so much less boring than most of the girls I run into in clubs around London.  She is really confident and talks about how we can go to Brazil together to detox to lose weight.  A strange future prediction.

I meet her brother and I invite them out to a party on Saturday night.  He tells me how he’s from London and can get in without my help.  Maybe he was trying to prove his status I don’t know.  I am pretty past that phase so when other people do it I don’t notice.  I am only thinking about it in retrospect.  I kissed her later in front of him I guess which I didn’t realize.

So I swap numbers with her and we set a date for Monday night on her way home from work.  I found out tonight that she had a huge fight with her brother that night and went home in a taxi rather than ride home with him.  I have a feeling he was hating on me, but she didn’t tell me for sure.  It is silly for anyone to hate me. I’m awesome.

So I entered the set and I just worked on vibing with the girl.  We chatted for a long time, which allowed me to screen for niceness.  Which she passed with flying colors.  It was nice to meet an American girl that I actually liked.  It was nice.  Most American girls in London drive me insane.  I’m starting to think it’s the one’s that leave America that I hate.  This girl was a nice, sweet LA girl through and through.  So on an intellectual level and personality level I really enjoyed her company.

I had the realization that I’m finally getting to a level where it can just be easy.  I didn’t have to run any routines.  I just focused on staying high value and moving forward.  I didn’t focus on the exctraction which was my main mistake.  I was trying to watch out for my student, who simply didn’t have enough value to close a girl he was clearly better looking than.  Even her two friends told me he wasn’t cute enough.  At the same time as my girl kept telling me I have beautiful eyes.  Now I recently heard a thing that when a girl can’t find anything else nice about your body, she will compliment your eyes.  I’ve been thinking about this a lot, as I have heard eye-based compliments for most of my life.  I have blue eyes.  So I’m not so sure that it’s an insult.  Either way my girl made a couple of other compliments that I don’t remember any more as a way of expressing her attraction for me.

All of this was happening about one foot away from Sinn, who happens to run extreme routine game.  So I kind of enjoyed a little demo of my own sitting there.  Unfortunately, when you’re sitting to the side, routines can sound really cheesy and my girl kept listening in and laughing.  I mean it totally worked on his girl and he took her game.  I guess I was just expecting to hear something life changing or amazing, or at least a routine I didn’t already know.  But it was not to be.  I mean pure routine-based game really works and that is the whole point, but at a certain point it just didn’t feel genuine for me anymore.

I have realized that as long as I talk about the things that I want to, I can run tight game.  I mean I talked to this girl about growing up in LA, how normally I don’t click with American girls, how I wonder how long it will take my eyebrow piercing to heal….and other stuff.  I mean maybe it’s boring but it’s what is on my mind and that makes it genuine.  I still have a long way to progress in game and life, but at least I’m enjoying the journey.  Once again the only thing that got between me and the girl was logistics.  I didn’t have a phone in LA so I had to put her number into Rokker’s.  And I couldn’t find him the next day til it was too late to try and call her.  Haha.  At least that’s kinda funny.

When I finished with the girl my student ran away from the set.  Which is my personal pet peeve about students.  For some reason they feel shame or whatever when a set dies or they think they got blown out and they bolt.  Now I go to the gym and hit the treadmill, but I will be damned if I’m running through a club.  So my kid actually left the club and went to find the rest of our team…. without me.  So I look around the club and see that everyone I came with is gone.  But Rokker and TenMagnet are there.  So I just chill with them and catch a ride back to the hotel.  I was pretty ill so I just wanted to get into bed.

Oh ya and I think I kind of kissed the girl on the cheek.  It was nothing special.  I didn’t run a kiss close pattern.  Really I was just trying to match the pace of my student.  Anyways, enjoy.

My new student put me on retainer and paid all up front Thursday night.  He is a really high end dude and wants to meet classy, high end girls, which is a little outside my wheelhouse.  So I felt like it would be important for me to really dress the part.  Normally, I just dress like the rockstar dj that I am.  Cool tshirt and super tight jeans with cool accesories.  But I felt like I should step up my game a notch.  So I called my man Virgo, who wears really class stuff all the time.  He sent me to Zara and a few secret tailor shops he likes.  I called him basically every five minutes for advice on what to buy.  I ended up with 2 Cavalli shirts, 4 really nice dress shirts from Zara, a pair of nice black trousers, a new belt, 2 skinny ties, and a pear of pajama pants for winter.  Suddenly, I have a really cool wardrobe!  I haven’t bought myself nice clothes before.  I have always had to wait for my dad to visit to acquire nice new clothes.

So when I get home I put on the Cavalli shirt.  I was so nervous.  It’s so easy to think it’s not me.  But I looked amazing.  Dudes I can’t tell you how important it is to feel really hot and sexy when you go out.  It makes your inner game so much tighter.  So I wore my new awesome outfit for my new student and also for me.  I wanted to be able to wing him and make him look good in any social setting.

I met up with him at his apartment before heading out.  Wow.  His apartment is really beautiful.  He has an amazing view of the whole city and he is right in the middle of everything.  He has an unbelievable rooftop terrace that he wants to throw a party on.  I was getting turned on.  (that’s a joke for those that don’t know me.)  We had a really long chat about my history and then about his history.  We really connected with exactly what he wants to work on and change about his life.  It was just so casual.  The guy is wicked normal and already really calibrated.

We head out to the pre-bar to meet up with the girls, Mr M and LondonSoul.  They are off with Sebastian Drake and Switch, who might join us later.  Because we were going to a fancy club, we needed girls to get in with.  So I texted every girl in my phone.  From the seven who I thought were coming, only 2 showed up.  Se la vi.  I’ve only lived in London a few weeks, I got more work to do! So the two girls are Crossfire and a girl I number closed last Thursday.

I was out at a student night with some girls from my school that night.  I saw this girl outside with her two friends.  She is petite.  Really, really pretty.  So I walk up and start vibing etc.  There is a creepy guy hitting on her friend, so I start talking about that.  And how it’s horrible when guys hit on girls in the club.  I quickly get her number as they are about to bounce.  I honestly thought it was a cold number.  But she has been texting me back all week and invited me by her house sometime and to go swing dancing on monday.  So I felt we had a good vibe.  Anyways, she was so pumped to go to the club with us!

She shows up at the pre-bar first and is texting me to see where I am.  I wasn’t 100% sure she was going to show up and to be honest I wasn’t exactly sure what she was going to look like.  I mean I knew I would recognize her, but I was wondering if she was really pretty or if it was just my 3am vision last week.  So my student and I walk up to her outside the bar.  Dudes.  She is so beautiful.  My heart skipped a beat.  She is a mixture of like 4 different sexy races and she got the best from all of them.  Needless to say, my stock went up with my student.

The three of us were in the bar just vibing and really connecting.  I was really just being myself, but assuming higher value and attraction.  She told me that she wasn’t sure I was gonna show up or if I was gonna show up alone and say my friends couldn’t make it, that kinda thing.  I found her nervous honesty really refreshing.  She seems to simply not play games.  Which is nice.  It means I don’t have to either.  She really liked my student and Crossfire when she showed up.  Having really cool friends really builds value in a major way.  Cool people have really cool friends.  She is really honest about her imperfections too.  Everytime we would use a word she didn’t know, she would just say I don’t know that word.  With no expectation.

Sometimes I forget that I’m a major nerd.  I mean my iq is 140 and I’m 27 and a university offered me a job as a teacher.  I don’t care that she doesn’t know some nerd words.  That’s whatever.  What flipped my attraction switch was her willingness to be vulnerable and just admit she didn’t know.  Most people won’t do that.  It’s like I was saying to my student earlier, all the stuff that I teach to use on girls always works on me.  I found her vulnerability really sexy.  We built a lot of rapport talking about her family and childhood etc.  I really found it all fascinating.  Also, she can only have 2 glasses of wine before she gets wasted.  Now who do I know with a tolerance like that……?  (the secret answer is me)

So while this is going on, my student and Crossfire are there and really connecting.  I’m still trying to hire her as my assistant coach.  But she won’t have none of it.  If I  don’t snap her up, I’m pretty sure that one of the bigger companies will.  Oh well.  So it goes.  An hour and a half late, we finally hear from Mr M and Soul.  They are off trying to do street game somewhere.  I swear I saw murder is Crossfire’s eyes.  She doesn’t put up with any crap.  I just wrap my arms around my girl and follow.  It was really cold out and she needed my chewbacca warmth.

We catch up with the boys and Soul is like holy crap man, who’s the girl?  He also starts asking me of a spitroast is on the menu.  I tell him to politely f off.  This one is all mine.  I mean I actually like this girl a lot.  So we are all in the club, just vibing and having a really good time.  I mostly focus on my date and all of my friends really help my student.  I mean he was out with some of the top guys in the world and he had an amazing time.  Just opening sets and trying new things.  Really just working on being comfortable.  He is going to be so good soon and that is going to make me look so good.  So every little while, I peel away from my girl and talk to him to just keep his vibe going. He really got a lot from my energy and my date vibe. The guy and me are really on the same wavelength.  So he was tearing it up in the club and he also winged me really well.  I just couldn’t get the kiss off my girl for the life of me.

I wanted to make my student look awesome and gain value from the girls in our group.  So I start taking pictures of him with me, him with the girls etc.  Then he grabs the camera and starts taking pictures of me and my girl.  He knows enough to know that 3 is the magic number.  She finally kisses me on the 3rd picture.  I mean I had tried five times already, but this was the one that finally worked.  It was great.

She eventually had to leave because of work in the morning.  I invited her over, but she didn’t have work clothes with her.  Damn logistics!!  So she left with Crossfire to catch her bus and I spent more time with my student debriefing and trying to talk to Soul and Mr M.  Of course, while I wasn’t paying attention they’d gotten wasted, so I was really on a different page.  My student and I left shortly thereafter and just talked through his night and what he’s working on.  He had an amazing time and I can tell he’s going to get really, really good.  It’s cool.
