Fascinating stuff. Also recommend Rion Williams' material. He's definitely verbose, but the stuff he teaches is priceless. He was a student of Brent Smith. WAY OF THE SUPERIOR MAN, just awesome (except maybe the ending where he talks about sex). Also, very comprehensive: David D's MAN TRANSFORMATION.
