
I meet up with my new homie Gsand and his buddy Friday night. I thought I would have a student with me, but he can’t make it, so it’s just the three of us. I was sitting at home last night around 9 o’clock. Winding down and pondering cleaning my room. Like I do every day. When the phone rang and it was Harlequin. He was in central and wanted to link up. Things with the Tunisian girl ended a few weeks ago. Unlike most of my relationships it did not end with a bang but a whimper. I wish this was going to be an interesting story but it’s not. Basically, she felt I wasn’t ‘there for her’ enough. She would get upset about her school work and want to bitch at me online about it, so I would stop chatting. I mean really. I don’t want to fall into my old oneitis patterns, do I? The I wasn’t online for one week. I just partied a lot and we didn’t chat. So when I saw her the next week and asked how she was doing, she got mad and said she didn’t believe I cared. It’s pretty amazing that any girl can turn into a psycho for no reason. I mean we weren’t even in any form of relationship and she got needy and annoying. So now you know the end of my adventure. I still need to finish writing the actual tale though.

First Contact
I met this girl almost two months ago at a big NLP seminar. The talk was about the economy and basically said that the solution to the crisis is to think positive thoughts. Not exactly helpful if you’ve been canned, but fine if you haven’t. I saw a really cute girl there working the bookshop and it took me AGES to get up the courage to talk to her. Jamie saw me checking her out and was like dude go for it. So I roll up and drop some of my favorite hilarious jokes to warm her up. I went to the GUM Clinic today for my usual checkup. I try to go once a month, but I really don’t make it that often. It’s just good to know that you are totally clean, you know?

As usual everyone there was in a foul mood. I guess I’m the only one who goes there to confirm that he’s clean. The lady offers me the usual choice of three tests: swab in my dick, urine and blood tests. Now they all suck for different reasons, but the urine test is my favorite. For that one I only have to deal with stage fright. I told the lady how last time the guy messed up my blood test and it hurt and blood went all over and then he had to do my other arm. I ask if she can promise not to mess it up. She won’t agree to that and in a few minutes I find out why. [More]
For the past 6 weeks I have been on a training program. I am following the Body for Life workout program for my weight lifting. I am halfway through the 12 week program. I am really on track with my workouts, but now I want to take my diet to the next level. I reported on my progress stats last week. I am very happy with my results so far, but now I am at the point in a diet where I used to fail. I have several challenges that I need to work through. I drink a lot on the weekends and my diet slips. When my mates are out and ask me to join them for a meal, it is hard to say no. I am working on this and I have discovered something really helpful.
This exercise site is really useful. I only started yesterday, but I was able to enter all of my old workout stats into the trackers. It keeps track of every element of my diet now, as well as calculating my workouts and progress. I really love all the graphs it has to show how well I’m doing. Now that I am recording my food as well as my exercise, I am automatically being more strict. Every elements of my profile on there is public. People can see old pictures of me topless, through ones I took just last Friday.
If any of my friends join this site, and I hope they do, they can be my “gym buddy and track my progress and we can compare all of our stats. It turns all of this working out into a type of video game/stat tracking experience that I enjoy.
It also has a really good meal planning facility. I think the next level is to plan my meals each day. It’s a little boring, but I think it’s quite good. I also started walking a little farther to a Sainsbury that has a huge selection of turkey, which is my favorite meat. Well I love duck too. But I prefer turkey burgers to beef burgers and I love turkey sausage.
Anyways, the main purpose of this post is to suggest this website. It’s really good and helps you to motivate, especially if you have a computer style mind like me. Let me know if you join, so we can be gym buddies.
Another great feature is Twitter integration. I am really into automating aspects of Twitter, such as aggregating my blog every 5 posts, which you know if you follow me. You can set up how often you want it to auto-tweet. I have it set up to Tweet whenever I hit a goal. You can have it annoy your mates every time you workout if you like!

Last weekend one of my students was calling me out about my diet. I guess I haven’t posted about it for a while. I haven’t been super strict about some aspects of my diet, especially on the weekend. But I have been teaching a ton of day game which means marching, and lots of it. I am walking about 3x more a week than I was all winter. And I am almost always perpetually limping. I have been hitting the gym like crazy and I have a little notebook I fill in with my weight, body fat % and all of my workouts. So without further ado, let’s get to the current numbers. [More]

It was a hectic night and I thought she might flake. She texted a few times to confirm, but then Friday night she texted to say that she was at work really late and tired. I ha to run around, so I wasn’t too focused. I was chilling with RichMuscles at Punk, where he was hosting a table. But I got a call from Mr M. He was down the street with an author who is going to be writing about Project Rockstar and wanted to meet me. I scramble up the street to meet him and chat for about 20 minutes when my man Vercetti rolls up. So good to see him again. We chat and this author dude was pretty cool. He totally knew who I was. I’m more interested in books on synergy than books on seduction at this point. I think books directly on seduction aren’t quite as helpful after the first couple…Also I read a TON of ebooks when I first started game, so I’m not including them on this list since I read them too fast and a year ago.
